Sub Genre & What Happens:
 The Sub Genre I will be doing is a Crime Thriller.

When negotiator Frank Hammond and girlfriend Sarah go to the bank one Sunday afternoon, they are told that they must hand in there phones as a new security protocol by the 'new' Security Guard. After queuing for a while it is only them, five other customers, two bankers and the new security team left, two guards approach the doors, lock them and pull the blinds down over the windows and doors so you can't see in or out. Frank notices this and immediately approaches them to ask what's going on but he then hears a gunshot and a man shouting behind him and he drops to the floor and looks at the man who was one of the Security Team and saw he had shot the head guard, he then told everyone to get up  against the wall and sit down they then went behind the desks and got the bankers out and up against the wall and went to get the guns from the Cleanser closet. They try and hack into the system to get the details of people to steal all there money, but one Banker called Phil doesn't want to co-operate for every hour they dont get the password for the computer they will kill one hostage. It is then up to negotiator Frank to get everyone out alive and safe.

Set & Opening Scene:
 The films would be set in a bank near Wallstreet, there will not be many shots outside of the building except towards the end when the police arrive. The opening Scene will involve a  swoop of the skyline in New York and then come down into the streets were you see the criminals putting on the Security hats and getting into a van with a bag, you would then follow the van around on the roads looking at the buildings.

 

3 Thrillers That Influenced me:
Die Hard- The idea of hostages and some people were disguised as security guards at the entrance.
The Dark Night- At the start when the Jokers gang rob the bank.
The Taking of Pelham 123- As he holds people hostage for a ransom.

This is my input for Audience and BBFC Research Guidance and Examples, I was talking about Casino Royale and the different audience range and then included a trailer and poster for the film and use reviews from IMDb.

My Input to the Iconic Directors task was that I talked about Alfred Hitchcock, talking about his styles and typical type of film. Also done some animation for the presentation.
